Cancellation Policy

Here at Dest Esthetics, LLC we strive to provide each client with the highest quality of care while attempting to accommodate your schedule for your convenience. Therefore, we provide reserved time slots for each client in order to minimize your wait time and assure continuity of your treatment plan. While we are sensitive to the fact that an emergency may occur in a rare instance, last minute cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows decrease our ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of other clients. We ask for your full cooperation with the following policy:

A deposit is required for the selected services and will go towards the final cost of your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable. If an appointment is cancelled or no-showed, the initial deposit is forfeited. If you reschedule 24 hours before the beginning of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit will be transferred to your new rescheduled time at no extra cost. Rescheduling after the 24 hour mark, the initial deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another deposit for your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule the same appointment twice. If you are needing to reschedule a third time, the initial deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another deposit for your appointment.

Appointments that do not require a deposit, do require a valid card on file. You must cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service price. If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

You must show up on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and a new deposit will be required. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notifying your service provider will result in forfeiture of the deposit on file and being blocked from future bookings.
